What kind of equipment do you have? We
have all butler truck-mount unites that give up to 300 degrees and
works off the engine of the van to give more vacuum suction.
What is included in the price I am given? We
include deodorize, disinfect, and a pre-treatment to all areas that
need cleaning and will remove all stains on your carpets 100%.
How long have you been in business? My
carpet cleaner has been open since 1989 and since then has not one
complaint. Word of mouth is our best advertising so we make sure you
are satisfied with the results.
What is the drying time? Our drying time is between 2 to 6 hours depending on how soiled the carpets are.
Are the products you use safe for pet and children? Yes, and we make sure your carpets are chemical free after we are done.
Is the rotary cleaning tool better than the regular cleaning tool? This is what I think about machines that spin thousand of times on you carpet. Faster carpet fiber wear out, longer drying time witch can cause mold and faster carpet discoloring. Not only that if your carpet has a loss fiber it can grab it and tear you carpet . Rotary carpet cleaning machines are easy for the technician but hard on your carpets.
